1. Like mentioned, there are many relative dating techniques. One of which is seriation which is sometimes used if the stratigraphic sequence is not possible or as easy to. The way seriation works is by basing it off of artifacts or items. These artifacts or items makes up the seriation technique as it bases it off popular items because of culture. By using these items, you are able to find the date by already having an idea or knowledge in which the items and artifacts were used. Some examples of these may be something as simple as a clay pipe, pottery, lamps, or even the use of obelisk gravestone marker where eventually as time continues, key features will be apparent as there will be popular periods of different styles. Styles come and go. Unfortunately, seriation does have its difficult parts. People would need to sort the items and pieces and try to study it. They need to know the material and its characteristics.
An example of absolute dating is luminescence dating. As its name suggests, people use the amount of light that is given off from the object. They are able to do this because things on it such as soils and based on events that occurred. Certain materials have different rates in which they store energy that is known. When they are heated, the energy is released. They are able to take this data and determine the dating. Typically, luminescence is has an accurate range from between a few hundred years to several hundred thousand years and is supposedly more useful than carbon dating.
We define the moment our ancestors crossed the threshold into humanness in a handful of ways. One of which is of the bipedal adaptation. Some other factors are of the increased size of brains as well as the brain capacity. In addition, teeth play a role where they become reduced in size. Also, the tool making behavior is also looked into.

2. Relative dating techniques refers to the method used to arrange geological events, and the rocks they leave behind, in a sequence. The method of reading the order is called stratigraphy, relative dating does not date a specific date but rather a estimated date. One example would be seriation, it orders artifacts basing on the frequency of one cultural style slowly replacing another earlier style. It is used for dating stone tools, pottery and other things. In Europe, it is used commonly to find the chronological sequence of graves in cemetery.
Absolute dating techniques is also sometimes called numerical dating, to give rocks an actual date, or date range, in number of years. An example for absolute dating would be Argro-argon dating. Argon–argon (or 40Ar/39Ar) dating is a radiometric dating method invented to supersede potassium-argon (K/Ar) dating in accuracy
The moment our ancestors crossed the threshold into humanness would be when our ancestors started to live in a ordered way, starting to live in a civilization would be the moment when we as a spieces become “humans”. I think that when people trade cook and live in homes and start to speak and write is really the moment when we are “humans” essentially.
3. Relative dating is used to arrange geological events, and the rocks they leave behind, in a sequence. The method of reading the order is called stratigraphy and the layers of rocks are called the strata. It does not provide the actual age of the fossil. Seriation is a relative dating method where artifacts from numerous sites, in the same culture, are placed in chronological order. It can be used to date stone tools, pottery fragments, and other artifacts. So relative dating puts artifacts in order, but absolute dating is the process of determining an age on a specified chronology in archaeology and geology. This process is more accurate. An absolute dating method example is carbon dating. It is the determination of the age or date of organic matter from the relative proportions of the carbon isotopes carbon-12 and carbon-14 that it contains. The ratio between them changes as radioactive carbon-14 decays and is not replaced by exchange with the atmosphere. It uses the properties of radiocarbon.
Transhumanism is a cultural and intellectual movement that believes we can, and should, improve the human condition through the use of advanced technologies. One of the core concepts in transhumanist thinking is life extension:Through genetic engineering, nanotech, cloning, and other emerging technologies, eternal life may soon be possible. It can also boost or knowledge past what we are capable of. For example speeding up reaction time.
