- How accurately do you think they portray you? What new insights have you learned about yourself? What results do you think are inaccurate?
- Consider the leadership assessments discussed this week, which ones do you feel would be most beneficial to participate in? Why?
- How would you like to increase your leadership ability?
- How could you apply the principles of one of the leadership theories discussed in the course to increase your leadership ability?
- What role, if any, do you feel your gender plays in your leadership style?
- What steps can you take to ensure you lead in an ethical manner?
Length: 5-7 pages, not including title and reference pages
References: Support your paper with at least five scholarly references. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
