In this lab you will use Phet Interactive Simulations to study the electric field and the electric potential in the space surrounding one or more point charges. You will use the “Charges and Fields” PhET simulation which you can open by clicking on the link: https://phet.colorado.edu/en/simulation/charges-and-fields. Once on the website no need to download just press the arrow (play button) in middle of the screen to begin. I have the lab 1 word document with specific instructions on the problems. in the file attached below. You may either write out the lab and upload it or fill in the word document. I believe it will take about 2 hours to complete if needing a refresher and will not need this until 11 pm tonight 2/5/2020.
THIS LAB ALSO REQUIRES A CELL PHONE CAMERA OR SOME SORT OF SCANNER TO TAKE A PICTURE OF THE EXPONENTIAL LINES DRAWN ON THE SIMULATION WEBSITE LISTED ABOVE
Also question one Part B has some sort of misunderstanding and it is to be read as: Calculate the magnitude and direction of the electric field at the following locations, then compare with values obtain from the simulation.
